Welcome to ServiceCenterCare. By accessing our website (https://servicecentercare.com/) or booking our appliance repair services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

ServiceCenterCare provides independent repair and maintenance services for kitchen appliances, including but not limited to chimneys, hobs, dishwashers, and microwaves. Our services are available within the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad).

2. Independent Service Provider Status

  • ServiceCenterCare is an independent, third-party service provider.

  • We are NOT an authorized service center for brands such as Faber, Elica, Glen, Kaff, Hindware, or any other manufacturer.

  • All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Inspection and Service Charges

  • A fixed Inspection/Visiting Fee is applicable for every technician visit. This fee covers the cost of diagnosis.

  • The final repair estimate will be provided by the technician after the inspection. Work will only begin after the customer’s verbal or written approval.

  • If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, the Inspection Fee remains payable.

4. Warranty Terms

  • Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day (or as specified on your invoice) warranty on the labor/service provided.

  • Spare Parts: Warranty on spare parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms or as specified in the ServiceCenterCare invoice.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by physical damage, water logging, electrical surges, or if the appliance is opened/repaired by a third party after our service.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • We accept payments via Cash, UPI, or Online Transfer.

  • Official invoices will be sent via Email/WhatsApp or provided in hard copy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure an adult is present at the service location during the appointment.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a safe working environment for our technicians.

  • Any pre-existing damage to the appliance or surrounding kitchen interior must be pointed out to the technician before the service starts.

7. Limitation of Liability

ServiceCenterCare and its technicians will take the utmost care during repairs. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults in the appliance that are discovered during the repair process.

  • Minor cosmetic wear and tear resulting from necessary disassembly of old or greasy appliances.

  • Incidental damages arising from the failure of a part that was not replaced by us.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. For cancellations made at the doorstep, the basic visiting charge may still apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida/Delhi.
